Terms and Conditions for the BBE Entrance Exam Preparation Course "BBE Ready"

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online exam preparation course ("Course") provided by BBE Ready ("Company"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Course.

1. Course Access and Registration:

   1.1. To access the Course, you must register and create an account on the platform (provided after the payment of the course fee). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

   1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Course Content:

   2.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content from the Course at any time without prior notice.

   2.2. All Course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and quizzes, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws. You may not resell this course as your own. 

3. Use of Course:

   3.1. You may only use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes.

   3.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Course without prior written consent from the Company.

   3.3. You may not use the Course in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Course or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Course.

4. Fees and Payment:

   4.1. Access to the Course requires payment of fees as specified by the Company.

   4.2. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Course in a timely manner.

   4.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Company.

5. Cancellation and Termination:

   5.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, with or without cause and, but with prior notice.

   5.2. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the Company. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the Course, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

   6.1. The Course is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Course.

   6.2. The Company does not guarantee that the Course will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   7.1. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course.

   7.2. The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.

8. Governing Law:

   8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

   8.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Moldova.

9. Severability:

   9.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms:

    10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Course following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By accessing or using the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.
